Release

I accept and assume full liability for the injury or loss to me or my property, agents or employees at anytime from any causes in connection with this event and I expressly release Columbus Spring Swap from any liability from such loss or injury and agree to provide and pay for my own insurance. 
I agree to let Columbus Spring Swap sell my spaces with no refunds if I have not occupied my spaces within 1 ½ (one and one half) hours of the events start time. 
I understand Columbus Spring Swap will make no refunds 30 (thirty) days prior to the event for any reason. 
I understand that association with Columbus Spring Swap is at the mutual consent of the Columbus Spring Swap and the exhibitor / participant and either party may terminate that relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advanced notice. 
I understand that Columbus Spring Swap is a 2 (two) day event (Saturday and Sunday) and agree to participate in the event (as an exhibitor) during all show hours on both days. 
I understand full participation is required for renewal of space. 

Rules of Conduct

To ensure orderly operations and provide the best possible environment Columbus Spring Swap expects participants to follow rules of conduct that will protect the interests and safety of all the participants and the organization.
It is not possible to list all of the forms of behavior that are considered unacceptable at the event.
The following are examples of infractions of rules of conduct that may result in action to include, termination of association and removal from the event. 

• Theft or inappropriate removal or possession of property

• Participation while under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs

• Fighting or threatening violence while at the event

• Boisterous or disruptive behavior while at the event

• Neglect or improper conduct leading to damage of state owned, vendor owned, or Columbus Spring Swap owned property

• Smoking in prohibited areas

• Sexual, unlawful or unwelcome harassment

• Possession of firearms, explosives, or other dangerous and unauthorized materials

• Sale of food or beverages

• Sale, distribution, or display of pornographic material or any item Columbus Spring Swap deems inappropriate

• Unsatisfactory performance or Conduct
